Staying in luxurious villas in Turkey

What do you think when you heard of your friend's story that stayed in luxurious villa? First thing that comes to mind is price right?

-Of course that would be nice but it costs me an arm and a leg

-I don't have enough money, maybe next time

Okay back to the topic, when it comes to deciding on where to stay everyone prefers something comfortable yet with reasonable price. It can be hotel, hostel or even Airbnb but what if I tell you there is something better than all these combined. Villa on this photograph is where we stayed in Antalya 2 nights and 3 days and it was such an amazing experience. However what's more amazing is the price which will blow your mind. Can you believe we rented this house for 300$. This is why you should come visit Turkey. The country is affordable if not cheap, exchange rate as for today is 1USD=5.9TL. Because of the increasing dollar rate against lira this is the right time to visit Turkey. You can benefit from fluctuation of exchange rate. However if you look for something cheaper, of course there are thousand others. You can add extra services in the package like private chef, baby bed, airport transfer and renting cars. Also you can choose rom different locations near to beach or in the city center. This kind of villas can be found almost every resort cities in Turkey such as Bodrum, Antalya, Fethiye etc., but the problem is villas are rented by week or more. Houses are available all year long, the best time to rent is ,weather is settled down, April and May because prices are highest during summer (June,July,August) lowest between November to May.

As for this villa, fits 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and each has its own features like one with indoor pool another 2 with jacuzzi and sauna. All the houses offer kitchen facilities to enable guests to cook and/or store food such as refrigirator, an oven, a stove, a sink and coffee maker bread toaster etc. Every room has its own toilet, jacuzzi bath and big closet, equipped with air condition so you don't need to worry about hot summer. In winter if it is too cold outside to swim, you can benefit from indoor pool that can be heated automatically, also don't forget about traditional Turkish sauna and steam room. After all you came here to relax. Almost forgot, I know you are wondering about internet, don't worry it also has internet. When we arrived, there was washing machine and powder. How caring they are, aren't they? 

So question, what are the advantages and disadvantages of staying in villa? Let's start with advantages: so first and the most important part is that you are isolated from other people, only with your loved ones. Second unlike hotels or hostels you can do whatever you want to, you can invite your friends, can have your wildest pool party, but don't break anything otherwise they will charge from your deposit which you have to pay before you check in to the house. They will give it back if there is nothing damaged. Last but not least, price is similar or maybe cheaper if you share rental fee with friends. In our case it is 160TL per person for a night.

Of course there are some negatives. You need to cook yourself which brings shopping inevitable unless you get private chef and clean the house. Next, villas are close to beach but not a walking distance so you need to have your own vehicle otherwise you need to call taxi every time you go out. This is all I can say about villas and I am not saying villas are better than hotels, stay in villa, it is up to you. I am just giving you one more option.
